Mine and Yours is a small, but rapidly growing luxury resale boutique with a physical and online store presence. We are looking for 3 stellar new candidates to join our close-knit team.

1) Retail and Online Luxury Sales Associate / Fashion Buyer Trainee (Part Time)

The Position will start as part-time with the potential to evolve into full time. 

Requirements:

• Retail sales experience (preferably high-end or consignment) with a high-performance sales track record
• Fashion styling experience
• Has a passion for fashion and stays current on trends
• Wide range of luxury brand knowledge (lines, labels, designers, price points, seasons)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Charisma, positive attitude, confidence and a strong sense of personal style
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to represent Mine & Yours professionally in-person and online
• Highly adaptable; ability to thrive in a fun, unpredictable, entrepreneurial startup environment
• Proficient in social media platforms (fb, twitter, instagram, pinterest, polyvore)
• Ability to make fashion buying and pricing decisions on behalf of the company
• Able to network and find new supplier contacts
• Knowledge of luxury products and ability to be trained in the luxury authentication process
• Available to work weekends

Availability: Part-time (1-3 days per week) to start; availability to work weekends is a must. 

Pay: Hourly wage plus clothing bonus

2) Graphic Designer and Marketing Co-ordinator

Mine & Yours is seeking a Marketing Co-ordinator with Graphic Design ability to develop and execute marketing campaigns for the online store. 

Duties will include:

• Designing Weekly Newsletter
• Updating Website
• Develop and Create Facebook Marketing campaigns
• Implement Shopify / Facebook Ap
• Developing Strategies to enter into new markets
• Create campaigns to further engage customers
• Online merchandising
• Photography and Photo-editing
• Writing product descriptions and other copy writing
• Social media
• Graphic Design
• Brand research

Additional Activities:

• Brand research
• Fashion styling and prepping clothing and accessories for product photo shoots
• Event Planning and Marketing for Events
• Fashion blogging
• Assistance with retail store
• Customer service assistance
• Assistance with packaging and shipping

Requirements:

• E-commerce experience and familiarity with Shopify
• Efficient in Adobe Creative Suite and other Photography and Graphics software
• SEO knowledge
• Love of fashion and luxury, and knowledge of luxury brands
• Positive attitude and upbeat personality
• Ability to multi-task
• Excellent writing ability
• Photography skills
• Creativity
• Knowledge and understanding of all social media platforms

Availability 2-3 days per week (some work can be done at home)

Pay: Monthly $500 - $1000

Start date: ASAP

3) Fashion E-Commerce Internship

Mine & Yours is seeking a stellar E-Commerce intern to help run its online store and assist with operations of the retail boutique 

Duties will include:

• Fashion styling and prepping clothing and accessories for product photo shoots
• Photography and Photo-editing
• Online merchandising
• Fashion blogging
• Writing product descriptions and other copy writing
• Social media
• Brand research
• Garment care (minor repairs, steaming)
• Assistance with packaging and shipping
• Customer service assistance
• Assistance with retail store
• Event Planning

This is an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated fashion or university student to gain invaluable experience working on a growing e-commerce business, gain exposure to a wide variety of luxury brands, and to be a part of a fun and dynamic team!
