The policy for in-store returns is different from the online purchases, please familiarize yourself with both.

All sale items (purchased both in-store and online) are FINAL SALE.
Please note, this includes any items purchased during our 2024 Black Friday sale.

GIFT RECEIPTS

This holiday season, we are offering gift receipts with both in-store and online purchases. Please note, gift receipts are not available for purchases made during Black Friday & Cyber Monday sales.

Eligible Period: 
Items with a gift receipt are eligible for exchange or store credit only from January 2nd–10th 2025.

Eligible Items:
Only items priced at $2,500 or less are eligible.

Condition Requirement: 
All tags must be attached & gift receipt present for items to qualify.

IN-STORE PURCHASES

All purchases made in-store are FINAL SALE.

ONLINE PURCHASES
  • All bags, jewelry, sale items, and accessories are FINAL SALE. This helps us upload our Authenticity Guarantee
  • All purchases made with partial or full store credit amounts are FINAL SALE
  • We do not accept order cancellations. 
  • We will gladly issue store credit or exchange for returned full-priced clothing and shoes within 15 days of the client receiving the item
  • All children’s clothing is FINAL SALE

Return Policy:

  • The shipping cost will not be refunded, and the return must be mailed back to Mine & Yours at the shipper's own cost. The shipper is responsible for creating their own return labels
  • The value of the exchange or store credit will not include the cost of shipping
  • Items returned must be in the original packaging with tags attached and in the same condition as when received by the client.

  • You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item
  • Any duties Mine & Yours incur upon returning items will be deducted from the refund amount
  • Mine & Yours is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen packages that may occur during the delivery process
  • Please contact orders@mineandyours.com for more information about your return or exchange
  • All returns are processed once Mine & Yours receives the returned product(s)
