Jigme Love
Q: What inspires you to jump for joy?
A: Positivity, uplifting and empowering thoughts, growth, transformation, resilience, creation, daily miracles, bursting out of comfort zones, and affecting meaningful change within and without.
Q. Your experience doing jumping photos?
A: I was told to show up as: "Who You Are". Well, who I am right now is someone that does practically everything with my business partner Courtney Watkins, so I brought her along with me. We are two girl entrepreneurs who do everything together, often in full hair and makeup, wearing dresses. So that's how we showed up. We knew we wanted our jumps to be lighthearted, whimsical, feminine, and fun.
What we didn't know was how incredibly fun, freeing, and empowering the feeling of "jumping for joy" would be! Jumping and seeing our jumps on camera for the first time had us doubling over in giggles. Our jumps looked sweet, funny, and doll-like. We came up with names for them like "flutter kicks", "side kicks" and "knee hops". I love that our "business partner" jumping photos show us leaping forward, towards the sun. That image perfectly captures us as who we are: two girl bosses joyfully and fearlessly bounding towards the same bright future.
Q: What inspires you in life?
A: People who have overcome great odds or difficult circumstances to do something remarkable with their lives.
Q: Your greatest passion?
A: My greatest passion in life right now is growing my luxury resale fashion business, Mine & Yours. I'm passionate about being an entrepreneur because it requires constant growth, self-improvement and self-transformation in order to take it to the next level. Growing a business requires you to grow yourself.
Q: Your driving force?
A: The pursuit and perpetuation of happiness for myself and others. I believe we were put here to learn how to create and celebrate joy.
Q: Philosophy?
A: That everything happens for a reason, and therefore, it's a gift. See the good in everything

"Jumping is uplifting. You use your own energy, strength and determination to jump. Jumping is a metaphor for life and a symbol for expressing and sharing joy. Jumping is celebration. Jumping is fun. Jumping is silly, freeing and energizing. Jumping is good for your health. Jumping gets your blood pumping and gives you an adrenaline rush. Jumping for joy celebrates all that is good and positive in the world." - Eyoälha Baker, Creator of the Jump for Joy Photo Project
