It's that time of year again! Out with the old and in with the new (or gently used in our case)! Here are a few of the trends that we'll be keeping our eyes out for and be eager to buy this season! 

Top Fall Trend: Metallics 

Metallics are a big trend that we are carrying in to the Fall from the spring. Think metallic hues for cocktail dresses, slim mid-length skirts and even booties as seen at Saint Laurent. 

Top Fall Trend: Sweater Dresses

Taking a cue from design heavyweights like Stella McCartney, Michael Kors, and The Row, sweater dresses are sure to be a mainstay in the closets of the most stylish. 

Top Fall Trend: Shearling 

Keeping you stay cozy but still effortlessly cool, shearling lined leather and utilitarian jackets are perfect go-to pieces for the winter months. 

Top Fall Trend: 60's Silhouettes 

Think swing-y shifts, mini skirts, capes, and bold, graphic prints as seen at Louis Vuitton and Saint Laurent's Fall 2014 runways shows. Bright pops of colour will give you bonus points for this trend. 

Top Fall Trend: Utilitarian Wear 

There's few things better than the effortlessness of utilitarian pieces. Deep pockets, rich earthtone colours and fur trims are all excellent additions to utility-style pieces that marry comfort and style. 

Top Fall Trend Parisian Styling 

Nothing can quite re-create the je ne sais quoi of the French-girl but we think that striped tops, cigarette pants, over-sized coats, and classic stilettos are all great places to start.

Top Fall Trend Structured Bags

Everywhere you looked on the runways for Fall 2014 it seemed that you couldn't quite escape a great, structured, clean and classic bag. We have our eyes locked on the Givenchy Antigona bag in particular! 

Top Fall Trend: Luxe Garden Prints 

Florals are here to stay for fall. Instead of lighter pastel shades, we're eyeing deep hued prints like the ones seen at Givenchy, Dolce & Gabbana, and Valentino. 

Top Fall Trend: Heeled Booties 

Heeled booties with a thicker, chunky heel are the perfect shoe for fall/winter because of their incredible versatility. Pair with anything from a day-dress to jeans for the perfect day-to-night look. 

Top Fall Trend: Pastel Coats 

We're looking to bundle up this year in some amazing pastel shades. Think classic shapes in un-expected colours to remain stylish and warm all season.
