A Few Fall Runway Faves

I know it is technically still summer, but I could not be more excited for the fall season after I've been obsessing over the 2015/16 Fall-Winter collections. There's definitely been some similar themes between some of my favourite designers in their fall collections and honestly, if I could control the weather patterns of the world I would make it Fall tomorrow! There's something so inspiring about the pleasantly drawn out change in temperature and natural scenery around me, including the sartorial changes as well.
Here's a few of my favourite Fall collections to help you get in the mood!
To start us off,
Isabel Marant
There's nothing more perfect to me than paring feminine skirts with badass leather boots. I also believe that if you have less on the bottom you should make up for it on top. Bare legs with thick cord sweaters and warm jackets just looks so right.
 Louis Vuitton
Three things that will always be timeless are suits, leather and the crew-neck sweaters. Louis Vuitton did all three in the best way possible way making a clear gesture to the past while still remaining perfectly modern.
Carven
Matching pant suits, high waist, high necks, collard jackets, and cropped pants; I'm so there! Carven's collection has me inspired to re-evaluate the classic white collard shirt by adding a turtler neck with a bold pop of colour.

Chloe

I'm totally on board with the classic influences from this collection like the leather boots, long oversized coats. With a few plunging necklines and dainty neck scarves the collection felt unmistakably empowering with the mix of both traditionally masculine and feminine pieces.
 Jil Sander
There is a definite classicism within this whole collection. Ribbed sweaters and turtle necks and a deep colours of dark green, black, navy blue and oatmeal with the occasional bright orange, red and pink and blue.

Here's to cooler weather and even cooler Fall clothes. I hope you enjoyed this little rundown of some of my favourite collections that will no doubt be inspiring my wardrobe in the coming months!
