ARE YOU STILL SHIPPING WITH THE CANADA POST STRIKE?
Absolutely! While we are monitoring the situation daily, we are currently still fulfilling orders with UPS to ensure you can receive any gifts in time.
WHAT IS THE SHIPPING CUT OFF TO RECEIVE MY ORDER BY DECEMBER 25TH?
We are following UPS guidelines, and the current recommendation is to place your order before December 16th to ensure arrival before Christmas day.
DO YOU OFFER GIFT RECEIPTS?
Yes - we're excited to announce we are now offering gift receipts. You can receive on in-store or opt for one at checkout online; the recipient will be allowed to exchange or receive store credit between January 2nd - 11th 2025.
Please note that gift receipts are only available for items valued under $2500 and you cannot refund with a gift receipt, only exchange or receive store credit.
